We are currently looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our team. This position works on the warehouse floor, processing orders by picking and filling boxes/containers. He/she will send and accept shipments while keeping the warehouse clean and safe at all times.

The ideal candidate has experience working in an environment that can be cold and hot during different seasons. This person will need to be able to work safely and quickly, standing for long periods while fulfilling orders.

Responsibilities:

Receiving and Inspecting shipments to ensure accuracy and check for damaged goods
Picking and packing orders according to customer or company requirements
Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks or hand trucks
Maintaining inventory records and updating stock levels in system
Organizing and storing products in designated warehouse locations
Performing regular inventory counts and assisting with audits
Keeping the warehouse clean and safe, following health and safety regulations
Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets

Requirements:

Prior experience working with inventory control systems is preferred
Prior knowledge of warehouse paperwork and experience counting inventory and orders is preferred
Experience operating certain power equipment is a plus
Must be able to bend, stand reach, pull, lift and carry items in the warehouse
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Work Conditions:

Temporary and on-call assignments
Working in varying temperatures (hot, cold, or refrigerated environments)
Day shifts, night shifts, occasional overtime

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage based on experience and certification
Weekly Pay
